Mad About Pilates - 6 minute sleep meditation

This mindfulness meditation is a great practice to slow down your busy mind and relax your body in the lead-up to sleep.

Sometimes it can be difficult to unwind from the stress of the day, to fall into a deep sleep.

Sleep meditation can help you focus on your breath, and shut out the noise of your thoughts, to calmly surrender to sleep.

 

This mindfulness meditation is a great practice to slow down your busy mind and relax your body in the lead-up to sleep.

You can practice during the day when you are taking a nap so you can recharge and get ready for the next part of your day.

Or you can practice at night time as part of your bedtime routine.
