Explore some of the well-known and lesser-known food and producers from Victoria’s Great Ocean Road Region, showcasing the range and quality of food experiences available from and in the area.

On the first leg of our GrEAT Ocean Road Trip, we introduce you to a selection of brewers, winemakers, and chefs – all inspired by where they live. 

Find out about the sustainability of micro-breweries and get to know why chefs such as Frank Camorra draw so much on our local produce to create unique menus that really reflect what the Great Ocean Road is all about. 

We’ll even take you on a ride down some berry rows to see some of the juiciest flavours on the menu!

Tim Wood, Salt Brewing Co and the Aireys Pub, Aireys Inlet

Try Salt Brewing Co Beers on tap at The Aireys Pub and at Salt Brewing Co Deans Marsh. Look out for it at bars and restaurants all around the region. 

Ren Blackman, Blackmans Brewery, Torquay

Blackman’s Brewery is located in the heart of Torquay.  Their range of beers and seltzers can be found in all good bottleshops. 

Shay Fox, Bellbrae Estate, Bellbrae

Bellbrae Estate’s cellar door is open year-round and their wines can be found in local bottle shops and on wine lists 

Katrine Juleff, Pennyroyal Raspberry Farm and Cidery, Pennyroyal

Pennyroyal Raspberry Farm and Cidery is open for ‘pick your own’ berries in December and January – you can stay at the cottages year round and buy their range of ciders and gins on their website. 

Frank Camorra, MoVida Lorne, Lorne

MoVida Lorne overlooks Loutit Bay and is open for lunch and dinner and offers a la carte and set menus to sample Frank Camorra’s delicious Spanish fare.  Book your table via their website 

Michael Bannerman, Number One Restaurant at RACV Torquay Resort, Torquay

Number One Restaurant is located at the RACV Torquay Resort, where you can stay a few nights to discover some of your own experiences. Restaurant bookings are essential.
