More than 1,500 Victorians have volunteered to legally protect the plants and animals on their properties with conservation covenants through Trust for Nature, thus giving wildlife forever homes.

They are true conservation heroes and part of a global movement that recognises national and state parks just aren’t enough to prevent species extinction.
