To encourage Victorians to connect with one another, City stars Craig Noone and Hollie Palmer are running our very own #BouncingBack challenge!

You too can join in by following the rules below:

Challenge rules

The #BouncingBack challenge is open to all members of the Victorian community.

  • Submit your video on social media by using the hashtag #BouncingBack. We will share our favourites.
  • Participants have to juggle the ball as many times as possible. We encourage you to have some fun and get creative!
  • The game starts as soon as the ball touches your foot.
  • You will have 30 seconds to juggle as many times as possible, the clock will end in exactly 30 seconds.


Points are awarded as follows:

  • 1 point = ball controlled below waist (e.g. foot, knee)
  • 2 points = ball makes controlled with head
  • 3 points = ball controlled with shoulder/chest
  • -2 points = ball makes contact with the ground.
