Tuned In

A series produced by the youth of CMY, sharing their connections with sport and mental health.

3 minutes

Mohammad moved to Australia from Afghanistan in 2019 and joined a soccer team. He gradually started making more friends from different countries and learnt lots of skills from them.

Mohammad says sport is another language that we can use - when you start playing, even though you might not know each other's language, you can still communicate on the field.

Produced by the youth of CMY.

The Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY)  has been facilitating youth participation in sport for over 20 years.
